Huge congratulations to BMus IV tenors Liam Bonthrone and Ted Black on gaining first and second prize respectively in the Leonie Kayser Prize for Singing at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. BMus III and BMus II students Will Frost and Colum Donavon-Paterson were highly commended in an evening marked by exquisite music making by all RCS students. Accompanist Julia Lynch said, ‘The high level of preparation and poise are a testament to the sterling work taking place in our department.’
